Problem
Metal sheets vibrate, transfer noise, and have poor insulation.
Adhesive bonds fail during temperature cycles (-20°C to +80°C).
Reinforcement only through thicker material – more weight, higher costs.
Solution
Metal + fiber composite (carbon/glass/natural fiber) welded adhesive-free
in a continuous process. Significantly stiffer, vibration-damping,
thermally & acoustically insulating. Temperature-stable without delamination.

Multi-Fiber Hybrid Laminate
Problem
Either high strength (carbon) OR impact resistance (natural fiber).
Adhesive between layers creates weak points.
Different material properties cannot be combined in a single component.
Solution
Different fibers (carbon, glass, natural fiber) in one component –
adhesive-free through the same polymer family. Zone-specific properties:
strength, conductivity, flexibility, chemical resistance can be combined.

In-Situ Winding Technology
Problem
Traditional winding processes with resin: brittle elements, not recyclable.
Long curing times. Difficult to fully automate.
Limited component sizes and transportation.

Thermoplastic winding: Continuous fibers without resin.

Recyclable Sandwich Panels
Problem
Standard sandwich panels: adhesive fails, not recyclable.
No flexibility in core material and face sheets.

Adhesive-free sandwich panels through welding process.
Cores: PET foam or sustainable cork. Face sheets: carbon/glass/natural fiber
can be combined with various polymers. For construction, furniture, mobility.

Ultra-Thin Acoustic Element
Problem
Low-frequency noise (road, heat pump, aircraft, vacuum cleaner)
requires 50mm+ thick insulation. Too heavy, too thick,
not suitable for interior panels.
Solution
Acoustic element from fiber composite: less than 1mm thin,
absorbs up to 97% of low frequencies.
Can be integrated into interior panels – drastic noise reduction.
